She studied Educational Science and Technology and also Behavioural Sciences at the University of Twente. She is specialised in "Research Methodology, Measurement & Data Analysis" and "Curriculum Design & Educational Innovation". She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt consultant and trainer improving your (company’s) competitiveness and efficiency by providing consultancy and training concerning business and process improvement, and quality and change management. For 10 years now as a trainer and consultant specialised in manufacturing companies that supply to the automotive industry. He helps production companies to set up but also optimise quality management systems. His goal is to produce better product quality with the lowest possible cost by controlling processes in an organisation.

Richard Winter is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trainer who is specialised in Lean Six Sigma and Automotive Quality Management. He has over 10 years of experience in training, consulting, and coaching in automotive quality management and (implementing) advanced automotive quality tools and techniques (ISO/TS 16949, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA 6.3, 8D). He is also an ISO/TS 16949 assessor (quality standard for automotive), and has worked as an interim Quality Manager and SQE/CQE for many automotive firms, such as Power-Packer, Voestalpine, Mitsubishi Turbocharger Europe, WABCO Vehicle Control Systems. He also is a trainer at Dutch automotive cluster (AutomotiveNL) and a visiting lecturer at Windesheim University of applied sciences.

Dipl.-Ing. Damjan Ekert has studied Telematics at the University of Technology, Graz, Austria and finished his studies with distinction. Since 2001 he has been working for ISCN as SW project manager, ISO 15504 and Automotive SPICE consultant and SW integrator.

He is an ISO 15504 and Automotive SPICE Competent Assessor and he has been acting as consultant and/or trainer for leading companies like ZF Friedrichshafen AG, ZF/BOSCH Lenksysteme, Magna Powertrain, Hidria, T-Systems and many more. Damjan Ekert has many years of experiences as consultant in the range of software process improvement and is member of the group „model comparison“ of the German/Austrian task force SOQRATES.

Dr. Richard Messnarz ISCN director and focuses on system architecture, functional (safety) design, requirements management and safety (ISO 26262) and Quality (ISO 15504) standards. He is an ISO 15504 and Automotive SPICE Principal Assessor, accredited VDA-QMC trainer, and for the last 24 years he has been acting as consultant and/or trainer for leading companies like ZF Friedrichshafen AG, ZF/BOSCH Lenksysteme, HELLA, Robert BOSCH, Continental Automotive, AVL, Magna, Giesecke & Devrient, RENESAS, AUDI/VW, KTM Motorsport, T-Systems and many more.

He also teaches Automotive Quality at the University of Applied Sciences, FH Joanneum, Graz (Austria) and manages EU initiatives to deal with Innovation, international standards and safety (like EuroAsiaSPI) and is the moderator of the German initiative SOQRATES, where experiences and best practices for traceability, requirement management, system and SW design, system test and safety standards are exchanged.

Michael Reiner is President of the ECQA since 2009, has led several international projects which directly resulted in the founding of ECQA, and is giving lectures in Software application and ERP systems since several years at the university of Krems (Austria) and is an expert on social media and web 2.0 matters .
He is a well-known speaker in Europe on matters of European certifications and ECQA as well as software matters. As part of the curriculum revision team in his school, he has an extensive experience in allocating ECTS and learning outcomes to within the development of curriculum.

He is founder and Managing director of the LSSA, Lean Six Sigma Academy©, which is Scheme owner of the world wide Lean Six Sigma certification program. Currently he also is Managing Director and Master Black Belt of Symbol, a Consultancy and Training company in the Netherlands, that is specialised in "Business Improvement", and a guest lecturer at the University of Twente.

Ron Gommans (MLI) is a teacher in Mechanical Engineering at the Regional Education Centre ROC Ter AA in Helmond. He has over 25 years of experience in vocational education and training. He was involved in the development of an automotive engineering minor education programme. This automotive minor is supplementary to the VET level 4 middle management mechatronics engineering course. The minor can be seen as an introduction to the automotive industry and focuses on 7 elements; Body, Powertrain, Safety systems, Electric vehicle, Design, Manufacturing and Testing.

Sebastiaan Boersma is teaching students about ISO/TS 16949, Project management, Methodical design and Lean Six Sigma at at Summa College in Eindhoven (the Netherlands) for 5 years now. Before that he teached his student how to become a car mechanic for more than 10 years. The growing demand for Automotive Engineers made Summa College decide to start a new 4 year course, especially developed to meet the questions and demands from the car production industry.
